02 March 2017 The case law approach may contain the 4 basic tenets to be covered while answering in your exam:
1. Write brief FACTS of the case (as asked in the Question)
2. Apply the relevant provisions of the ACT to the case being referred to.
3. Provide the citation of case law adjudged by Honorable Court(s) / Tribunal.
4. Conclusion to the case under discussion.
