How to tax income from "right sale of photography" ?

I have sold "Right to use the photo" The Photo was taken by me & the same is sold For 300$ to an American Citizen.
He have transferred me the amount by western union and which is credited to my Saving bank account as 19,800 INR.
Now my query is :
1. Taxable in India ?
2. Nature & head under which the same will be taxable ?
