my father is getting income from sahara corporations, i want to file returns for the AY 2013-14, TDS is deducted 194 h under which head i have to consider it either in other sources or PGBP.
please let me know is there any presumptive income considerations or any adhoc deductions

29 June 2013 Frequency of service provided by your father should be considered while deciding whether it is business/profession.

If the frequency is high you may take it as business/profession otherwise treat as other source.

need to maintain books of accounts if commission received in more than 120000
