How to take entry of export Rejection in excise,do we have to follow any procedure with the excise authorites.

export rejection means the goods issued under ARE-1 are not exported and returned to factory? then visit your Range officer and request him to supervise the return physically, he will do so after request in writing and will allow reverse entries in books.
