How to surrender partnership firm pancard

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If your partnership firm has ceased operations and all financial transactions have stopped, you can surrender its PAN card. This involves writing a formal letter to your Assessing Officer, including the firm's details, PAN, dissolution date, and confirmation that all tax dues are settled. You'll also need to submit a copy of the dissolution deed and final ITR acknowledgment, ensuring all tax liabilities are cleared and returns filed up to the dissolution date.
