How to start preparation for theory subjects in ca final?

Please tell me how to start preparation for CA Final theory subjects. I mean should we at first complete coaching and study of the preferred reference book completely and then start reading study material and practice manual? OR start reading study material and practice manual very soon we complete each chapter in caoching and reference book? How many times should we study study material to learn ICAI language? Please guide me in this aspect

19 November 2016 If you have not touched the ICAI study material, it is suggested to do a quick reading to know the depth of the syllabus in each topic / subject. Once you start attending classes, you can refer to the material given to you by the concerned faculty. If there are some provisions or points you are not able to understand, you can seek clarification from the faculty itself. It is recommended to cover your portions along with coaching, so that you are in a better position to know the syllabus.

Once, you are on examination leave you can start making efforts to find out the topics already covered in classes and how much you are able to recall / remember. You may also choose to have a standard reference material to know the level of preparation by answering the practical questions.

The more you practice, sound the understanding, so you must devote ample time for revision.

You must also try to take Mock Tests, so that it will surely give you guidance as to how to face the main examination or to know your level of preparedness and take corrective action wherever necessary.
