25 September 2009 Dear Friends,

I could not find details for starting a KPO company. I was told there is a licence for Knowledge Process offshoring. The company i plan will be one person company.

Kindly let me know the formalities.

25 September 2009 The Concept of One Person Company is put into the Parliament. But, It is not yet approved. So, You can not find the details about that.

There is no license required for Knoweldge Process Outsourcing Under the Corporate Law.

It may be under the different law.
