Material sold in June returned in aug how to show this in hsn schedule as no such material was sold in july. whether to show this as negative figure?

HSN for the materials returned shall be shown as a reducing balance (negative figure) in the month in which the materials are returned.

Sorry material was returned in July i mistakenly written as aug. Now please tell how to show it in july r1 as no such material is sold in july.

You can show negative figure in HSN summary, with a (-) symbol.
