How to revised return if filled with digital signature

I want to know that how to file revised return if original return is filled with digital signature because at the time of filling of revised return on line it ask us receipt number of original return. In case of digitally singed return no receipt number is provided by income tax department. So advice how to file revised return?

I guess, even in the returns filed with DSC, the number is there.
