I request everyone to provide some hints to remember sections.

Girish for exams point of view no need to remember the section and untill you are not sure with the section.Plz dont ever write the section..You know i know more or less every sec in the companies act and income tax.But still very very rarely i put sections..cause if your section is wrong.Your marks will be reduced drastically..And for remembering you have to read more and more and try to retained.(Never try to learn)
