original return filed & tax was paid 3 times,
afterward filed revised return,cpc shows itrv received,refund still not recived for a.y.2011-2012 what to do & to whom i should contact?

You need not to do anything. Once it is processed they will credit the amount to your bank account, which is mentioned in return. They will send you mail confirmation also.
