prepare following document;
1. Certified xerox copy of partnership deed.
2. Marathi copy ( if you are in maharashtra or regional rural translation ) duly certified by Adv. or C.A.
3. Treasury challan of Rs. 500/- towards registration charges.
4. Form A for registration of partnership deed. Get it notorised from notary.
5. Vakalatnama
6. Xerox Copy of PAN Card.
Send all these documents to the concerned registrar of firm office. If any further querry then email me at ratansharma123@rediffmail.com
