23 May 2020 The NBFCs may get in touch with the concerned DNBS Regional Office for obtaining the Log-in ID and Password for submitting the on-line Annual Returns. The contact details of the concerned persons in various DNBS Regional Offices are available on the website https://cosmos.rbi.org.in.

23 May 2020 Thanks for the advice but when we send the request mail to DNBS kolkata for the obtaining user id and password no reply instead of repeated request is received than what is other way to obtain the required details.

14 June 2020 If a formal letter/concern is not being addressed by the official concerns you may raise a complaint with the said department at https://pgportal.gov.in/

14 June 2020 THANKS FOR YOUR ADVICE. HOWEVER ON THE REGRESSIVE FOLLOW UP THEY HAD SEND THE USER ID AND PASSWORD WHICH TOOK ATLEAST 6 MONTHS TO GET THE SAME.
