How to make payment for 3rd month of QRMP scheme

Quick Summary

19 April 2021 I have to make payment for 3rd month under qrmp scheme...while making payment which section to select in challan?
Monthly payment for quarterly return or any other payment?

19 April 2021 Any other payment. that's the only default option while generating challan.

19 April 2021 Monthly payment for quarterly return is to selected only for 1st two months of the Quarter & for the Last month of Quarter you need to Select any other payment
