How to make correction in consolidated tds stateemnt recd fr

I have prepared the TDS correction statement (.FVU file) in E-TDS-RPU version 2.7 but creating the file I got following message eitried creating the FVU file,
ERRORS FOUND DURING VALIDATION
ERROR FILE A JTMLE ERROR FILE GENERATED
OPEN C:\DOCUMENT & SETTINGS/ADMIN/DESKTOP/TRIAL/TDS CORRECTION (SIPL TTC/03-2010-11//26QCQ2err.html for detail
