19 November 2013 sir my client's old C.A. is not giving log in id and password so client is not able to file
his return online and option available to get
password the password will be sent on email id which is register (i.e. of old C.A.).
please sir guide me how to overcome with this situation.

19 November 2013 There is an option to write a mail to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in and get your password in your mail. Since mail id of of old CA is registered so you can also write in that mail that password should be sent to your new mail id which you can provide.
Try and revert back if its done

19 November 2013 you can file your income tax return by filing return with out any password..

so file return with taxcloudindia.com and reset your password with itr acknowledgement number and bank account number
