How to link old pf no to uan

Wish to transfer old PF balance to my current organisation.. I have 2 querries as below::
1) UAN no was not issued in 2012. How can I transfer without previous UAN?
2) Is it possible to transfer old PF balance to current organisation with new UAN no

07 April 2018 You can know your UAN on this website: https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ --> "know your UAN status"

Then Activate UAN, login and then you can use One Member - One EPF Account service to link old PF account with new one.
You need to be the querist or approved CAclub expert to take part in this query .
