my assessee don't know that he was filed his i t return of a.y.10-11,11-12 and 12-13
then how can we know/find that?

ask ur asessee to log on to income website and after login check "My Account" Tab all the return filed in prev year will be displayed.

thank you, i know that but i am asking about filling of manual return as he has no hard copy and also 26AS shows the tds details for the relevant years

even in case of manual return they update your profile over a period of time.
