How to increase equity

Dear Sir,
I am doing job in a pvt. ltd. company .According to bank sanction letter ( FOr c.c, term loan , Flc) we have to increase our equity by 88 lacs. So, pls tell me how could we increase the equity & what the various type to do this. What's the entry will be passed.
