How to get tcs refund

I HAVE INCORRECTLY PAID AROUND 15 LAKH RUPEES AS TCS FROM MY BANK A/C. FOR Q2 OF FY 2012-13.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE TELL THE PROCEDURE TO GET THE REFUND BACK.

The payment made by you is reflected in AS 26 or not kindly cheque and then if there is any TDS payable or to be deposited by you then get it adjusted otherwise on filing of your return you can claim this as refund.
