How to get intimation of 143 - not received

hi friends, can anyone tell me how to re issue the intimation u/s 143 from IT deptt. for FY 0809 & 0910. The return was filed manually not online.

You can apply for certified copies, on payment of copying charges you can get copies from Dept.
