19 February 2015 Dear Sir,

We have filed ITR for the A/y 2012-13 &2013-14 and got refund for these assessment year. As we are providing service to govt.department and Some of them did not deducted TDS while making payments for these assessment year. But they have deducted TDS for the a/y 2012-13 and 2013-14 while making payments for the current financial year and file TDS return accordingly for the A/y 2012-13,2013-14.
OUR QUERY IS- How we will get refund for the assessment year 2012-13 and 2013-14.

19 February 2015 only way to get refund is to file itr but for ay 12-13 the last date was 31.3.2014 and for ay 13-14 it is 31.3.2015 as per sec 139(4).

20 February 2015 now you cannot not calim only refund for filing revised return.
