Go to the Income Tax Department and make an application and ask for certified copies of the papers and documents submitted for last 7 years. You will be required to deposit fee for certified copies. Alternatively, catch hold of the peon of the concerned ward and ask him to find out the file of your uncle and get the photocopy of all the documents on payment of photocopier charges.
