how to get credit of TDS deducted by previous company

i have left one company XXX and joined another in say around aug. pls let me know how can i get credi of tax deducted by previous company.. what docs i need to submit to the new company

You simply need to obtain your tax sheet for (Apr to July) from the previous company & need to submit a copy of same to your new employer.
They will give you the credit for the tax already deducted while calculating your tax for TDS purpose.
