How to Get Company Records from Died Director Representative

08 July 2010 We are four Director in one company one of them is died in 2007 now we have not any record of the company all record with legal Representative of died Director & they are not providing us so how can we legally get the records from him .We are unable to complete all legale compliance of the the company. The Company is Schedule IX company in which his legal representative was also director till 2004. so any body can help in this matter.
