How to generate tds certficate?

Dear Experts,
There is a query from my client
"He has already deposited TDS on sale of immovable property. However he is not able to generate TDS certificate.Now how TDS certificate can be generated."

1)Yes you need to provide TDS certificate in form 16B
2)time limit to issue form 16B: Within 15 days from the due-date for furnishing Challan cum Statement in Form No. 26QB(remittance challan)
3)Please find below link..will be help ful detailed procedure provided

4)Please find form 16B format in above file and issue it manually..right now we cannot generate it like form 16 or form 16A
