how can i get information , for where i have to file the return and ward wise?

pl suggest the onlline help where i can get the guidence?

For filing a Income Tax Return, u are require PAN, Which u already have.Income tax Department Provides a letter along with PAN card from that you can find your Ward. If the letter is not handed then through www.tin-nsdl.com site you can find your ward and AO Code.

1. is it on the base of the residential address?

2. on the aplhabet of the name of the pan holder
