Sir/Madam,
please some one sugest about how to finalised account if builder build building. the landowner & builder agree with aggrement to build building & pay some money to land owner and also half part of building to land owner i.e.50-50 agreement. all expenses beared by only builder. and half portion of building builder can sell any one. in this situation how to calculate land cost & building cost if that building compleated in three year.

Market value of land will be considered for cost of land or value of consideration offered to land owner will be considered.
