How to finalised builder balance sheet

23 December 2011 Sir/Madam,

please some one sugest about how to finalised account if builder build building. the landowner & builder agree with aggrement to build building & pay some money to land owner and also half part of building to land owner i.e.50-50 agreement. all expenses beared by only builder. and half portion of building builder can sell any one. in this situation how to calculate land cost & building cost if that building compleated in three year.
