WE HAVE A UNIT IN HIMACHAL PARDESH WHERE EXCISE IS EXEMPTED. WE HAVE TO FILL FORM A OF EXCISE QUARTERLY RETURN. WILL U TELL US HOW TO FILL THIS FORM?
