Dear Sir,
HOW TO FILE A FORM 16 SALARY RETURN,WITHOUT THE HELP OF SOFTWARE LIKE TAXBASE,www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.on this site can we file incometax return or not without the help of C A can we file our return online.Please help me waiting for your keen reply

Go to the following link:

From there download ITR 1 and fill the relevant details. Then click on calculate tax and finally generate xml by clicking on that option & then upload your return.

first you enable your sheet MACRO . and you can download excel utility from www.incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in/portal/downloads.
download ITR 1 and fill the all information and finlly generate excel sheet to XML sheet
later you can upload xml file to above url by login
