How to file it return for the ay2016-17 after delay (urgent)

02 May 2018 Dear Sir/ Madam,

I got notification for non filing of return for the AY 2016-17, on 29th March, 2018. It was financial year end so I held up on other work and delayed to response immediately. After few days I got to know while filing return, it is not possible to file online. But already paid the tax for the same and I don't know how to submit the return through other alternatives. Unless and until I file the return I can't response to the notice.

Kindly Experts help me out with this and procedures to go forward.
It is very urgent.

03 May 2018 u cant file the return now. still, you can login to incometax website, then to the compliance or e-proceeding section, there you might get some help by filing return
