How to file income tax without salary breakup or form 16?

29 March 2016 My wife's earlier company did not give any Salary slip i.e. it did not give any breakup of salary nor deducted any tax. So I neither have Salary breakup/slip or Form 16 from her previous employer. In this case how do I calculate her salary and file return for this year?

She was with this employer till September 2015.

30 March 2016 If TDS was not deducted by the employer then Salary must be below the Basic exemption limit plus rebate.
From Bank Statement u can check the amount of Salary credited every month and on that basis u can file the income tax return.
