How to file income tax return for f.y. 2011-12

I work in accounts department of a private company. i have been asked by a employee to file his income tax return at the earliest. tell me how to do it. can i file the return online

his details of salary are

Gross Salary 636119
less
transport allowance 9600
Less
House Rent Allowance 168740
as per exemption clause)
rent certificate obtained

Gross Total Income 457779
Tax Payable 28611
TDS deducted 43265
Refund Due -14654

please tell each detail which form to fill
and how to file return

13 December 2012 Yes, You can file it through online open the link. https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. And register your pan no if not earlier made. You have to file ITR-1 you can download it at the same site i said above. And fill appropriate details at the form and then save it as xml file by using the button generate xml and then file. At the download option there is also guidelines how to fill and file the return through online. So please follow such instructions and then proceed if any doubts are quaries then please write i will clarify you.
