How to file 23ac/aca for company formed on 31.3.2011?

as capital cannot be brought on 31.3.2011 itself, how to file 23 ac/23aca ? we have made accounts as we had to file income tax return.
please help.

Dear Kunjan,
You need not file 23AC/ACA, since agm might not be held and ac's are only appvd in agm by members.
