12 August 2025 To download official notices about Bonus shares, Split, Merger/Demerger, Right Issues, or Rights Entitlement issued by a company, here are the best ways to do it:

1. Company’s Website (Investor Relations Section)
Most listed companies publish all official corporate announcements on their Investor Relations (IR) webpage.

Look for sections named:

Corporate Announcements

Investor Updates

Shareholder Communications

Download the PDF or notice from there.

2. Stock Exchange Website (BSE/NSE)
Listed companies are required to file corporate announcements on stock exchanges.

You can search by company name or ticker on:

NSE India

Steps:
