How to declare Short term capital gains in ITR 4

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you have short-term capital gains from selling shares, you generally cannot declare them in ITR 4. For income that includes capital gains alongside business income, you'll need to file ITR 3. Even for small amounts, it's advisable to report these gains under Schedule CG if they appear on your AIS report, rather than trying to include them under 'income from other sources'.
