05 August 2016 Dear Sir, Can u please tell me what is the procedure to check shareholders and their shareholding after logging in as registered user the MCA portal and by paying 100 rupees. Thanks in advance

06 August 2016 After availing "View Public Document" i.e Search of Public Documents from MCA, download Annual Return i.e Form MGT-7 uploaded by Company for last year. In it can find List of share holders along with share held by them and also any share transfer if been done during past year.
