12 September 2013 1)Check whether expence was properly accounted

2)check whether it is related to this accounting year

3)Check whether the expence was authorised by comptetent authority

4)check whether the expence was accounted in accountng software after authorizing voucher by competent authority

5)Check any related statutory provisions will applicable (like reversecharge,TDS)
