How to change/reset pass word on efiling site

I want to file one party return but his pan has already registered on income tax site and he has forgetten that passward and his last year return is filed phsysically so efiling no is not available what can i do?, if i haven't got any details from that party(Client). Please, ans me Abecause i have faced lot of this type of difficulty
