There are 6 shareholders in a company. If only 4 members out of 6 are present in a members meeting for pasing SR.
My query is,,,, How 75 percent of shareholders consent will be calculated? Will it be calculated on the basis of total memebe (i.e 6)? Or it will be calculated on the basis of members present in a meeting.
