How to calculate share premium and fresh issue of shares

I have a query i.e one of my director bring 10cr capital including premium..then how i come to know the share premium amount and fresh issue of shares.

The No. of shares company would be issuing to Director with its Nominal Value would be credited to Share capital and balance part will be considered as Securities premium for this Transaction.
