Salary Tax Refund was due for my return filed for FY 2008-2009. I filed the return before July 2009. I have not recd any intimation yet. How long shud i wait.

I think you have to go to your ward with your filing Ack. there,from your ack. no. they can find what happened to your refund. in some case if ETDS return rejected that affect to refund or any others matter also take part like any software problem to don't knowing your refund data

The last date for issue of refund in this case is Mar 31 ,2011.So you have to take up the matter with the IT Dept immediately.
