Dear Sir,
Practically Written conversational mail are very usefull to recover the outstanding. as per practice it is better to send him 3 reminder on company letter head with postal receipt either register or under postal certificates.
than submit a legal and send him notice thru your advocate via court and than court will issue two further letter and finally court order in your favor.
