I am working with one copany from last 10 months but i am not taking my salary now the problem is that i am taking my salary for all 10 months by showing salary employed but problem is that i want to show my business income not salary income so how can i show in a/c when PT return is submitted. Suggest me any way i can show my business income.

If employer has shown salary in his books of account then how can you show under business income.

Your income will be taxed under the heal salaries only.
