Hello,
I wanted to know, how many housing loans can a person avail as per RBI guidelines.
The situation is, I already own 2 flats on loan and I am interest in purchasing 3rd one. Can I get housing loan for this? As far as my salary is concerned, I am eligible for the loan.
Please help me.

No restriction from RBI in this regard, if bank is ready to give you laon.

Banks give loan depending upon your credit score. If that is creditable, you will be eligible for the third loan too.
