I have taken two house on my name & I have borrowed the money from the nationalised bank Loan( Housing Loan). Now my employer is giving me the benefit of only single Home & Denying for the second home . So I need ther help regarding the matter , Because Act has clearly stated that Loss on housing loan can be adjusted by the employer , ( If Employee Provieds). So Please guide me about the circular or any notification for the same mattert.

Your employer can allow for only one house. But for the second house if you show income and interest as expenditure then your employer should consider the same. If you show only expenditure of two houses then he has to deny for one. Your employer is correct.
