I would like to know what are the requirements for obtaining Housing Loan from a Nationalised Bank in India.

Requirement may differ bank to bank and individual case.
However following are the list of common documents
1. PAN CARD
2. ID Proof
3. ITR for last 3 years (profit & loss and balance sheet for self employed)(some banks ask for only 2 years in case of salaried person)
4. Form 16 (for salaried person)
5. Last 6 months bank statement
6. Business profile (in case of self employed)
plz compare the interest rate of lending institution and approach.
they will give you the check list of documents required
