if i didnt show shpo in my balancesheet but i shown deposit from shop then should i claim rent income under the head of income from house property & claim standard dedection

I think you must have received the property in Gift or against the partition of your father's HUF and hence it is not appearing in your Balance sheet. If you taken some property on rent and then renting out as subrent then yes or other wise also you can take deposit and show rental income
