07 January 2011 hao many units will be deemed to be self occupierd in case 8 similar units are owned by 4 coparteners i.e ownership equally is with 4 brotheres .

07 January 2011 I think it should be "DEEMED TO BE LET OUT". If right then, it is mentioned that apart from one unit all other remaining units will be deemed to be let out.

But in your case, here information is not sufficient that whether all brothers having different ownership or not.
I assume that all brothers having ownership then in this case, 4 units can be claim self-occupied(then should not be let out) & remaining 4 units should be claimed as deemed to be let out.) (u/s 23)
