1 is exempt and 2nd is taxable under wealth tax,
then whether 2 property is taxable under house property as deemed let out property?

Whether 1 property is taxable twise?

you some one have two property one is exempted from tax on witch no tax is required to paid but for other if even it is not let out will be deemed to be let out .
However it is on the Assess to chose any one of the property .
as far as wealth tax are concerned it has nothing to do with the tax-ability of income .
